MBS has launched a search for a part-time Recruiter/Admissions Coordinator. The position is for 20 hours per week for 42 weeks. Responsibilities include admissions, recruitment, marketing and public relations, all relating to the search for new students. MBS's third Annual Fashion Show was a fabulous event! We were sold out at 400 guests and the auction was a huge success. In fact, at the eleventh hour, Father Protack and St. John Neumann donated a year's free tuition for a new MBS student! The bidding was quite exciting. Kudos to the Fashion Show Committee. Every year the event keeps getting better and better!
MBS held its third Walk-a-Thon on Friday, October 19th. Even though we
had to move the walk indoors because of the rain, the children got
their exercise walking the halls and gym. Sherman the Shorebird kicked
off the event for us again this year, and the students raised even more
money than last year.
The weather on Sunday, October 21 was picture perfect for our
Harvest Festival. Children enjoyed pony rides, crafts, moon bounces, a
climbing wall, games, and great food. The MBS family came out in full
force to support this important event - many, many parents and family
members volunteered to make it a great day.
